Biofuel batteries

A way to reduce the amount of biofuel being used by condensing into a small battery that could charge a flashlight and a bigger one for the thumper/ electric deep mining drill, maybe a tier 3 item and lithium or lead batteries for tier 4

I think with the latest 'salt' mineral add, sodium ion batteries make better sense. I would just stick it somewhere in t3/t4 (since t4 has most the electrical bits). These become stand alone items that can also be installed in other items or plugged into the grid.
