[Bug] Temperature Tooltips Incorrect In Fahrenheit

When the option to switch temperature to Fahrenheit was added, several tooltips were overlooked when updating UI elements to reflect the new temperature setting which leads to confusion when using this setting. Examples include the buffs for Hot Tea, Hot Coffee, Hot Cocoa & Gorse Tea. Even when set to Fahrenheit, the buffs refer to a +10C to temperature which leads to confusion when all other measurements provided are in Fahrenheit. Having these tooltips update to reflect their Fahrenheit values when that setting is active would be ideal.
