A tier 4 version of the pills and will take a bit to craft, and it could be like the dropped vaccines but made of composite and tonics plus pills the needle can be reused after cleaning in the plumbed sink (could look like the composite paste item in inventory but with the colour of the tonic), and there can also be a needle for stamina enhancing, health, hunger, strength. Maybe You could only have 2 at a time

Completely agree. Pills really weigh too much, having this option for t4 players would be great.
