It could give a buffed warm and cozy or cooling effect that lasts a bit longer if connected to a heater, cooler, dehumidifier, etc. could not require campfire and will get an even bigger sleeping buff if washing hands (could be made of platinum weave, steel, electronics, epoxy, aluminum, carbon fibre, and cured leather) and could have storage only accessible to the last person to sleep in it through the night.
