Error message when launching the game for the first time....... what to do?

While in the game, an error appeared, the game closed, when trying to enter this saved game session, it says: Error-036, the game session has expired.

Been playing Prometheus Open World for about a week now, Great map, a lot of new things to get used to, However Since the new week 100 patch everytime I try to resume my session it loads all the way through "Preparing Geometry" and I can even hear the weather and my nearby tamed creatures, sometimes even loads to where i can move my character about 3 steps, then immediatly goes back to the Title screen with Error Code 036

this error is comming more and more. Sometimes i cant login. I read that this issue exists more than a year, and stil no solution. Please fix this problem
