Game crashing on VRAM error.

As I've progressed in the game, VRAM errors have become so frequent that I can no longer enjoy playing. I play on GeForce Now, and because of this I regularly play on two different graphics cards, a GeForce RTX 3060 and a GeForce RTX 2080. Playing on a 2080, I can currently play for up to an hour before the game crashes. On a 3060 the game crashes inside of 5 minutes, despite the fact that the 3060s have undeniably better specs. I assume this is because 2080s are Turing cards while 3060s are Ampere cards. It looks as though the newer architecture is proving to be bothersome.
Also, the crashes occur when I hit tab to bring up the menus. Every single time.
