BUG - Shelter flag on Wood Cupboard not calculating properly

Upgrading from a stone to concrete building, after removing the wall behind the cupboard it got flagged with No Shelter. I picked up the Wood Cupboard, replaced the windowed wall with a solid concrete wall. When I Deploy the Wood Cupboard anywhere inside the building it continues to say No Shelter and takes damage from storms, I have placed the cupboard in the middle of the room so I can walk all the way around it and it still is flagged and takes damage.

Upon further testing some places in the house calculate as sheltered other areas do not. All foundations, floors, walls and roof are fully repaired.

You need an actual glass or any other window to fill the area or it will break, and it will obviously do it when you break an entire wall, you need a room that is almost black in daylight without a torch no exposure.
