BUG - Cutouts showing in some locations

The cutouts for some objects are showing under some circumstances. Pics to follow; first is from Olympus sw desert of some of the palm trees. I'm running an EVGA 3080ti with DX12 if that matters.

Second example: grass in Riverlands (shown at night to make it more obvious). The cutouts resolve when close enough, but seem to roll at the same distance.
