[BUG/EXPLOIT] Talent Respec Gives Extra Talent Points

If you have a character on planet and respec their talents in the pre-game menu, when you get back in game every talent point you reallocated will be added to your pool of unspent points. The talents you put the reallocated points into will remain, though, giving you a number of extra talent points. I found out when I respecced, loaded back in, and found I had 9 additional talent points.
