Change Screen Location of Status Effects

All too often I'm in the heat of an animal encounter and some sort of status effect comes up in the centre of the screen.
This blocks the weapon cursor and usually results in death.

Please stop having status and weather effect notifications from appears right in the centre of my screen, move them to the side.
