Add SIMPL missions to actual missions

The idea of doing other small tasks while focusing on bigger missions just strikes me as nice.
Maybe make a different version for actual missions that is locked behind a mission unlock?

I think if they gave actual rewards (REN/Exotics) it would be worth considering.

The mission system only allows one mission at a time so would take a large rework to allow this type of change. We won't be added SMPL missions to normal missions but there are some cool things on the horizon you may like ;)
