[BUG] Voice-over in Vertigo

As soon as you enter the cave after surveying the arctic, there is a voice-over that says something like "You have to build up there." The problem is that you are a very long way from seeing what this is referring to. This voice-over needs to be triggered as you get close to the rock formation that you have to climb up and not a very long way away where it doesn't make sense.
