[Bug] SMPL3 mission pods drop incorrectly

so there's this neat problem with the SMPL3 (short range radio missions) stuff where if i start a mission the equipment always drops to the HOST and not whomever started the mission. if the host is halfway across the map, i just gave them the mission instead of me...
please drop the missions to the player who triggered it, just like the Orbital Exchange Interface.
i don't want to ask someone else to do a mission that i started...
it would be really easy just to use the same code from the Orbital exchange to start the mission at the location of the radio...
