[Suggestion] Add Stamina for Animals

I can outrun most if not, all animals... but they have infinite stamina. Would be nice if hostile enemies would have stamina too. Maybe we could connect it to their level next to their health. Higher level, more stamina and health, lower level... you get it

A vast majority of this game is dealing with the scores of things that cut into your stamina, as there are no vehicles, running and stamina are how you get everywhere. I have spent several hundred hours playing this already, and I can say, hands-down that the most annoying aspect is that EVERYTHING is trying to cut into my stamina, and the animals I am supposed to fight, have no tracked stamina, meaning they can attack and sprint and jump forever, all at the same time. It's completely bullshit. Humans are literally KNOWN for long distance running, Bears, wolves and cougars are not.

Is outrunning animals ok though?
On my latest save I can hunt rabbits by chasing them down and killing them with my fists. Which is somewhat silly.
I am somewhere at level 25-30 and I did not even buff my movement speed yet.
