[Bug] Dedicated Server Memory Leak

When I load into an open world on a dedicated server my fps drops from 100(limited to that) to 40-20 with stuttering and my friend can not play at all as it is to laggy for him we don't have any big builds or anything.
On our current open world the server memory usage is 7-9GB and the server crashes occasionally on a new open world with about the same amount of buildings but less time in game usage is 4-6GB of ram.

We have used as high as 26 GB of RAM

From our server when it crashes after about 5 to 10 minutes of play. This happens consistently now.
