[Bug] F.I.S.H. No longer working

I don't know what happened, but my F.I.S.H. doesn't seem to be working any more. Whenever I equip it, it just sits on "Scanning" and never tells me what fish are in the area. I've seen it do this on my Open World save and on two different prospects.

Hi !
Got same issue.
Tried in Oasis:The Angler and worked, but tried it again in another mission and didn't worked, in different areas.
I talked with 3 others playeers who got same issue.

when we play in a company it works (Когда играем в компании работает)
I play alone it doesn't work (играю один не работает)
I threw the scanner away and bought a new one. (выкидывал сканер и покупал новый)

Hello, I am trying to collect all the fish in the game and I wanted to try the F.I.S.H workshop item. But it doesn't work. I have caught fish in a number of spots and I pull out the gadget and it just keeps scanning but never shows me whats in the water. Please advise.
