[Bug] Obisdian Pickaxe triggering Lucky Strike on iron/copper plays infinite loop of ore break sound

I was on STYX (IRONCLAD: Research) and after the final hit on a gold node the success/completion sound for having mined the node played as normal but then continued to play repeatedly without stopping. I went on to mine other nodes without any issues. I even left the cave for an hour or so and came back and the sound file was still suck on autoplay/repeat continuously. I did not see any other reports of this so maybe I am the only one to encounter this and it may just be a strange fluke that would never happen again for whatever reason... However, if there is a similar thread that I did not find please add this to the list as I had the similar experience.

Same problem when my friend and I finished mining a node of iron, I originally thought it was because of two players hitting it at the same time when we fully broke it

[bug] popping a ore caused a repeating and constant (never ending) ore crush sound

relogged, popped a copper ore. Same issue occurs

this was on the south. south east wall, the other side didnt have same issue

When using the cold steel pickaxe in the Crystal: extraction mission, any time an ore node was 'completed', the 'crunch sound' of finishing the node would play infinitely at that location. After completing several nodes, the game experienced severe lag and eventually crashed.

It took 3 crashes to eventually get the 25 frozen ore required for the mission. It felt as though the game was struggling to calculate the extra ore when completing the node and was getting caught in a loop.

In the new expansion, New Frontiers, when using the Obsidian Pickaxe and mining anything. If you have the skill that 1% of the time you can completely mine the stone, when that happens (using the Obsidian Pickaxe), the breaking sound effect loops forever, and it creates multiple instances of the sound effect in that spot. If you leave, the sound effect disappears; as you approach, it comes back. You have to leave the game and come back in order for that to disappear.

I've now encountered a couple instances when harvesting a node from a cave and outside a cave, where the area around the node starts making a very loud grinding or rockfall type of noise. Removing the node doesn't seem to eliminate the issue. This has happened on the new map released on August 24th, 2023.

Seems to be an audio bug when an Ore node is "completed" when using Obsidian Pickaxe + Copper Mod + CX-400 Suit. A rapid and loud clattering noise, the noise is centred on the point of where the node was broken and diminishes if you move away from it. If you return the noise will be as extreme. It seems to persist until the game/dedicated server is restarted.

Potential side bug, flying boars that zip up to cliff ledge level hover for a bit like there is ground then vanish as the appear back on the ground plus noise prompted a restart. Both restarted our games and server all ore and mineral nodes respawned.

1. So far only occurs with Iron and Copper Nodes
2. doesn't occur with every node clear
3. always seems to occur when the CX-400 procs its instant break of the node
4. Haven't seen it occur with stone, steel with copper mod, nor Neves pickaxe, just the Obsidian Pickaxe
3. Unknown if the copper mod is directly related but the CX-400 proc seems to be a consistent trigger

This triggers EVERY time I insta-mined with the 1% mining talent specifically using an obsidian pickaxe.
The sound just loops quickly forever.

This was on dedicated server, and all players can hear the sounds until the player that triggered the sounds disconnects.

Major audio issue when using a cold steel pick to break any voxel. It seems like the audio of the final swing that breaks the voxel gets stuck and just playing nonstop very rapidly. I have to restart my game to make it go away

So i got it a few times today, and if you use an obsidian pickaxe on any ore and get the insta ore proc, the sound will go absolute insane. After i got it my fifth time the game almost crashed too.

Silica ore is bugged out. Makes really weird, repeating sound when mining with a pick axe. Tried with Obsidian and Steel pick. Still made the same annoying noise and never went away.

when you finish mining any ore with a fresh/stainless steel pickaxe, it gives a bug sound of an ore that keeps breaking in a loop, it does not stop, it makes lag the game and crashes the game

When mining, if getting a lucky strike and mining the whole node at once, there is a sound bug that sounds like the final mining sound looped over and over. Bug persists after leaving and coming back to the area.

I can confirm this happens to me a lot now having 2% instant mine. The sound loops and causing performance drop when mutiple occurences of it happen in a small radius. Going to character screen and back fixes it for me, but very annoying.

I am solo, open world, prometheus.

I've found an edge case to where I hit a voxel and my Lucky Strike talent triggers. It causes the audio to sound like it's continuously looping and stays that way even if I leave the area and come back. It sounds like really loud static.

Not sure if it is the game or my headset/computer but when ever I get the instant mine proc with the obsidian pickaxe, the audio glitches and I get the rock break sound in super fast repeat until I close and reopen the save. I am using the Obsidian pickaxe that I found doing the Daisy escort quest. I have not been able to test this with a crafted Obsidian pickaxe yet.

It's a persistent bug that gets worse and worse the more times you proc it. This happens with any new pickaxe that has added damage besides physical. +frost, +electric, +fire all proc this nasty bug.
