[Bug] Creature Deterent fails to Exclude Drac

I have placed a "simple creature deterent"
It is "fueled"
It shows "Active"
It shows an active circle on the map

But I am still attacked by "Drac" while standing right next to it...

my simple creature deterrent wasn't working so I skipped basic and build an advance still did not stop them. I hope this is fixed soon. ruins the game for me
