[Suggestion] Be able to choose the difficulty of the mission in open world

Currently, we can choose a specific mission that we want to do in the open world via the encrypted satellite communicator and infrasonic relay device. But we cannot choose the difficulty of the mission. It would be very nice to be able to modify the difficulty of the chosen mission, despite the difficulty of the chosen open world.
