[Bug] Heavy Obsidian Armor obscures Aiming while moving

Wearing Heavy Obsidian Armor (Tier 2) while using a Hunting Rifle (not sure of other rifles), and aiming while moving obscures vision.

Following the update for Frostfall outpost, Heavy obsidian armour gloves/arm armour take up 90% of screen view while in 1st person.
