[Bug] Game crash causes mission to break on Prometheus

I did the first mission on Prometheus. When I approached the first drop pod, my game crashed. After I reconnected the quest marker was at the house where you have to bring Daisy to and there was an empty drop pod next to it. Then I abandoned the mission and everything was fine expect now there are two houses inside eachother.
