[Bug] Livewire - Terrain Scan

2nd scan location is bugged, I have managed to complete the 1st and 3rd location. As you can see from the attached screenshot It is not giving me the markers for the scan locations. I have used the ICARUS Interactive Map to find where the 2nd location should be.
Now I am at the 2nd location It is not showing me where to snap the scanner. I have tried everything I can to get the save to work again. restarting the game and my computer multiple times. can't seem to progress any further.
