[Bug] SMPL3 mission drop pods not showing up

This has, so far, occurred in SMPL3 missions where you are supposed to deliver farm or tools-related supplies to a supply pod. The pod that is supposed to drop down when you accept the mission simply doesn't appear. No compass marker, no audio cue, no sign of a pod anywhere. I have been forced to abandon these missions after realizing there was no pod to deliver to.
This started happening after installing a set of 5 wind turbines behind my base. The assumption is that the supply pod was attempting to drop nearby the turbines or within one's area of influence and simply abandoned any attempt to drop anywhere else entirely.

When I start a smpl3 mission (eg. farming, crafting tools, collection, etc.) that has a blue retrieval pod, the pod never spawns in causing the missions to get stuck and having to abandon it and wait for another. No map/compass marker and no pod dropping sound effect for the blue pod specifically.

When activating the SMPL3: FARMING or MINING mission, no drop pod spawns at all. Impossible to complete the mission.
I did have one on previous missions like LOST or COLLECT but now they stopped spawning despite reloading the game

I have a similar problem, in the open world a hidden crate appeared next to the base, a crate with smoke. and she did not disappear after completing the task. I don't want her there, I hate it there, is there any way to get rid of it?
