[Bug] Deep-freeze order not preserved on map reload on Dedicated Server

When loading into a prospect on a dedicated server, the order of items in the "Deep Freeze" is not preserved and they are loaded in a jumbled order that appears to be completely random.
The Fridge and the Ice Box both preserve item order on load, and I would expect the Deep Freeze to work the same.
