[Bug] Advanced Creature Deterrent causes progressively worse frame rate

The Advanced Creature Deterrent was deployed outside the base during a solo open world session (no mission selected). No matter where on the map the prospector was, the frame rate dropped steadily over 1-2 hours until frame rate became so low that the game was unplayable.

As soon as the Advanced Creature Deterrent was picked up (not just depowered by taking the biofuel tank out), the frame rate snapped back to max. When the Advanced Creature Deterrent was deployed again, the frame rate began to drop again. (Repeated and confirmed twice after logging out and reloading the open world session.)
