[Suggestion] Updating the Building Grid to Half and Quarter size

The biggest issue with Building atm. with the Half pieces is that all those pieces count as a full space use and only snap to specific points.
The half wall for example only to bottom pieces and the floor pieces only to the top or bottom of the "build box".

If we could have a toggle when placing pieces to cycle through the grid size it would allow for so much better buildings and visually appealing builds.
We have only "pseudo" half pieces atm. and it would be nice to be able to build with that half space the pieces actually give.

TLDR : Adjust build snapping to be able to be half or quarter size of a single build piece "cell"

Yes. Just yesterday I was trying to put a half floor piece on a second floor doorway to outside. I wanted to snap some stairs to that half floor, but wasn't able to. I was trying to do that, because snapping the stairs to the doorway itself makes the stairs stick through the wall on the lower level.
