[Bug] Ray tracing doesn't work

Ray tracing doesn't work even when activated with a button, it simply doesn't change anything, not even a single beam of light, much less global illumination, it's simply a shame to say that it has compatibility and when we put it on we discover that they are making us look like fools....

When I activate Ray Tracing, the game looks the same or in some spots even worse, plus I lose fps. Icarus needs to fix the broken ray tracing.

1. As written above, absolutely nothing changes when RTX or RTXGI is enabled.
2. Loading is lengthened catastrophically. For example, the character selection screen with RTX enabled takes about 30 seconds to load, and if I add RTXGI - more than a minute. And without RTX about 1 sec.
It’s frustrating to sit looking at a black screen for a minute to realize after that nothing changed :)

It works, but not on things you expect to see. It have very subtle effect on lightning. It make colored and softer shadows on trees and rocks. It's hard to spot at first, but then when you turn off RTX - it became obvious that without it picture looks slightly worse.
Yes, it's not very effective and spectacular use of RTX.
