[Bug] Falling through map when on mount transitioning between biomes

Prometheus Map. Open World. Both Moa Mount and Horses. Usually happens right at transition between biomes (both artic and swamp to riverlands). Typically sprinting with Mount.
Player and mount fall through map. After a little while Loading Geometry screen. Mount disappears. Character might reappear on ground right after transition area.
Have had it happen more at F7 to G7 it seems (Swamp to Riverland). Also at I9 artic to river. Only once at J7 from Swamp to Riverland. Does happen going from Riverland to Swamp as well (not one direction only).
Have not had it happen ever when transitioning on foot.

Same on Styx, especially in the arctic. Parts of the map not loading, occasionally I run into a neverending "loading geometry" black screen, or just fall through the ground. I cannot even travel across the Frozen Traverse without hitting Alt+F4 a couple times and reloading.
