[Bug] Styx Open World Lupine Extermination

Mission launched. Found Wolf Den (in Riverlands). Killed Black Wolf and gathered 50 teeth.
Mission tracker stated 1 wolf and 33 Teeth.
Killed next wolf. Mission tracker did not update. (Stayed 1 wolf / 33 Teeth)
Return to Character select. Restart Dedicated Server. Load back in.
Abandoned mission. Re-launched Mission. Same event. Killed 1 wolf and gathered more than 33 teeth, but mission tracker stayed at that number.
Return to Character Select and re-enter OW. Noticed the following in Server Console log:
