[Bug] Issuue with removing enhancements

This has happened several times now. If I remove an enhancement from something and forget to take it out of the table into my inventory, the enhancement is visible in the table's storage, but doesn't actually exist anymore. It can neither be picked up to attach to another item, nor moved to my inventory. Once I leave the table, the attachment usually disappears entirely. I mostly have this happen while working on multiple pieces at once, and forgetting to take the attachment out before moving on to the next item.
