[Bug] Not getting achievements

I'm 300 hours in, and I know I've:
1.) Been killed by a bear
2.) Burned down a shelter
3.) Alter an item
4.) Collected more than 150 exotics (I may be short of 10,000 though)
5.) Cooked food items (0/32?)
6.) Gotten 1000 Stealth Critical Hit Kills (56/10,000?!)
7.) Gotten 10,000 Bow and Arrow Kills (206/10,000?!)

That just names a few. Please help??
