[Bug] After newest update, POD is no longer showing up when doing SMPL3 missions in OW

I've attempted to do several SMPL3 missions in Olympus Open World, but the Sinotai Retrieval Pod is not spawning or showing up on the map.

I also recently started getting this, but only on server, in my normal/local open world it works fine, the pod does not come down in allot of random times.

Some examples of but not limited to:(I'll update it with others when i remember/encounter them again)

Doing any CRAFT mission, the pod doesn't come down to take the tools you have to craft.
SCAN mission, the pod comes down with the radar,I complete the scan and pick up the radar, but then the pod doesn't come down to collect the radar so I can never get the reward.
FARMING, the pod doesn't come down to collect the items I have to farm

I have tried picking up the SMPL3 device and moving it,it doesn't effect it

Also I'm on Prometheus not Olympus. I started the world, went days with everything being fine, pods always showed up, had a SCAN mission yesterday where the radar got destroyed (after completing the scan but before i could pick it up) no pod came down to give me a replacement. Since then more and more missions are bugged
