[Bug] Pickaxe Workshop Issue

Last night my workshop pickaxe broke in game. I sent it back up, returned to character screen and fixed it, logged back into the world, requested it down to planet, grabbed it and went to mine a cave. After mining 5-6 nodes i realised i wasnt getting the ore to my inventory. I tried to relog didnt work. I had to leave the planet with my pickaxe, then rejoin via dropship and it was fixed. Not to mention the cross map walk back to base on foot :( Can you please look into this. First time its happened. I was on Prometheus. Let me know if you need more info to identify the bug.
