[Bug] Prepared food still rotting in properly powered freezers over multiple logins
I saw this bug as "done" elsewhere, but it is not done, it's still happening.
Turbine powered freezers containing food will fully rot to spoiled food over a period of multiple logins. This will happen a lot to folk who have multiple bases in different biomes on Open World. One returns to their original base (as in screenshot), to find all their food spoiled.
Same problem with powered aquariums. Fish in the aquarium will rot to their demise over a period of multiple logins.
I believe it happens because the food spoil starts immediately as the player is logging in (ie. during "preparing geometry") - It won't be a for a few minutes, until the player is fully logged in world, do the electrical circuits start (which prevents the spoil). This time delay over multiple logins then mounts up until all the freezer food (or aquarium fish) have fully rotted.
Fix: Delay food spoil until after electrical circuits start post login. or... Start electrical circuits prior to food spoil algorithims.

dgear28Food is spoiling in all freezer equipment. It even spoils in the refrigerated crates you receive in the Styx mission Angler. That create does not even have electrical properties. This is happening on both P2P and dedicated servers. The create spoiling from the mission is in P2P. My OW freezers were not fixed when I reported on 1/14/2024, on my OW, dedicated server.

kavemanJim#2250 MergedWhenever power is lost at the freezer, so long as it has ice in it's inventory, it should drop it's performance to that of an icebox.

As it stands right now, if a freezer loses power, the spoilage rate is the same as if the item was in storage container.
Also, the fuel use rate should be, a little, slower because freezers make use of better insulation. Just like in real life. -
