[Observation] Dedicated Sever Session Issues

- An Operation was selected "A New Pathway to a New Region"
- Two of the 3 objectives were met before we all logged off for the night.
- The dedicated server crashed overnight after everyone was logged off. I as the host noticed this in the morning.

- When restarting the server, a friend selected the Prospect to resume the work on the Operation.
-- No issues occurred for the first player to log in
---- Ranged weapons were firing
---- ammo count was showing
---- Player could mine and see ores in inventory
---- All alterations to body armor were working.

- I as the host, entered and had the following issue:
-- I could mine, but no ores were showing up in inventory.

Restarted server in an attempt to resolve the issue.

On restart of the server, I was able to login but UE crashed a few times for me and others on loading geometry.

Prospect finally loaded and I was able to mine properly. However, my friend and I both had issues with weapons, ammo and alterations.
