[Bug] Non Filling water containers

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue? The newest update (V 2.1.23.120788) will no longer allow me to fill canteens, Water bladder, etc.. This is after I stopped using the Batteries Beta version. I was playing with two others and they did not have this issue.
