[Bug] Stuck and teleport in flooded cave PROMETHEUS L6

The ceiling of the PROMETHEUS L6 cave is flooded and when try to unstuck I got teleported far away. Can't move or unstuck at this place, my moa's head is in the dark in front of me but on the map the moa is half a square south of me.

After reloading, unstucking and jumping around a few times like crazy I've been teleported here inside the mountain.
There I could move around and unstuck correctly at the end.
