[Bug] Find them all achievement errors

I have a bug, I have all animals at 100% only the chamois have not been crossed out but I have them at 100% for the achievement.
How can I fix the error that I am getting the achievement?

jusparWhen I got to 100% on Polar Bears I thought I was done. Then I killed one more and I got the journal entry. I think its a rounding issue. 99.999 rounds to 100 in the journal display, but the achievement says 99.999 is not 100.
