[Bug] Prometheus Operations Kicking out all players

We have tried to do Operations in Prometheus. We have tried multiple times to start an operation and the game glitches and kicks everyone out. We tired every one of the operations only to be booted out of the game shortly after it starts.
The simple missions can be played. Started and finished. This is a dedicated server. All files were verified multiple times. On personal computers and dedicated server as well.
The operation starts and the moment we are to get the specifics onscreen it boots us. The script for the one mission even changed and confused me until I got kicked out.
The remote radio will not work anywhere in the lava zone and will only work close to the contact device in the plains. Worked fine a few weeks ago.
The reward pods are landing in the building. No matter where we place the contact or oei devices. Two actually landed on top of a player with no warning. There is video evidence of all of this as it as I was streaming at the time.
