[Suggestion] Rename Open World Titles

I once tried to rename the whole open world map, it is not simple task and this is the outcome of it.
I don't remember how I got there, the whole save file system is interconnected via multiple cross referenced ID numbers, and if it is not placed correctly, then the save file will become broken.
The one I thought I finnaly got right became broken, and the one I thought would be broken became working. That is why I ended up with this ugly name.
Can you implement a solution for it that players can rename open worlds?
