[Suggestion] Better Arctic Armor

Please make arctic armor actually effective in the arctic biomes. The temperature is 20 deg F, regular armor should be adequate at that temperature as it is fully enclosed and you are already wearing an "envirosuit" Arctic armor should be effective to -20 deg F or colder.
With current real-world tech the hot/cold temps on Icarus shouldn't even be an issue, let alone with distant-future galactic exploration level tech.
