[Bug] Quarrite: Random spawn rate in open world set way too high

Random spawn formula for Quarrites in open world (all biomes, not desert nor on a mission or going to mission) seems nearly as often as wolves. They spawn in, build nests everywhere and replace themselves after you kill them very quickly even without nests. They are very difficult to de-aggro (if they even can be as they seem to have an iron lock on you) and need constant attention while giving nothing of value while you are trying to attend to other matters. It's the Great Hunt, not the great pestilence. Please get these under control as it is ruining out open world experience.
