[Suggestion] Allow to bring items crafted from legendary creatures back to orbit
Allow that the cargo pods bring armor/weapons crafted from parts of the legendary boss creatures (gargantuan, rimetusk, ...) back to orbit.
To craft the planetary items of the Great Hunt campaign (e.g., the Gargantuan Armor Set), you need to defeat the boss a few times to get enough of the boss-only materials.
But after defeating the boss, you have literally done the most difficult thing on the map. So there is little use in having an even better armor on this map (except making future engagements with this boss easier).
The only incentive I see to farm the boss and craft this armor would be if we could send the armor to space to use it on another map.

AriWhy do so many players want to make an already casual survival game even easier? When making proposals, think at least a little about the consequences.
This proposal sounds logical, but from a balance standpoint, it would create a major problem. Even shop armor makes you omnipotent. What will happen when we can use the game's top items whenever we want? The situation with legendary weapons has already given us the answer. If we do as you ask, we need to impose serious restrictions on such crafted items. For example, completely ban their repair. Or we can pay a large commission in game currency for transferring such items.
In fact, to avoid breaking the game completely and still solve the issue of boss drops, it's worth limiting the transfer of items to consumables and decorations. Consumables will simply run out quickly, and decorations will not affect the balance in any way. -

lynxsiesDear ari
People like you can just choose... to not use it? Lmao. Its a survival game, with a large solo/duo playerbase. And the devs should encourage every playstyle. I prefer the sniper rifle because the regular rifle doesnt have a scope -

WaylanderI would love to be able to use the tonic, attractor, and fishing trap on another planet/prospect.
I would suggest the ability to return the Garganutan Tendon and Garganutan Prime Vestige to orbit. This would allows us to make the sonic attractor, grenade, fishing trap, and armor on another prospect/planet. It might also be a better approach to balancing as you still need the non-hunt specific items to use them on another planet.
Regardless of how we can get garganutan items on other prospects, it would significantly improve the garganutan hunt.
Right now, the path chosen for the hunt does not matter much because everything you unlock, you won't ever use. You have just completed the open world and there is no point in making the items because there is no goal.
Resulting from this, because you have already unlocked the sniper rifle, and you will not ever use the unlocked items, there is no reason to replay the hunt and take another path to unlock the others. -

Berticus MergedMake Quarrite cores and Fragment, Frozen Wool, Ice Armor Fragments, Garganutan Hide and Tendons acquirable via the workshop. Reason: Certain recipes require said items but they are lock to certain planets. Make them cost legendary biomass and they can only be called down once you have completed the final mission on the respective planet.

AriHonestly, I'm shocked that I have to explain something so obvious. I'm not against legendary weapons. Both the idea and the implementation of the items themselves are fine. But just think about FOR WHAT you get them. You're offered five legendary items to choose from for a 10 (TEN) MINUTE mission. This is absurd and downright idiotic. Remember how difficult it was to extract exomatter at first, and how much of it was needed to satisfy BASIC needs. Doesn't that bother you? Getting a legendary firearm is easier than buying one in a store! This is the height of absurdity. The developers have made a mockery of legendary loot. And that's not all. Consider the progression this has created. This literally killed new players' interest in the game. I've seen dozens of people simply abandon the game after earning their first legendary item, without even playing 10% of the game.

DAFLASHMAN357 MergedWe should be able to send up the material we get from bosses/world bosses and the bio-lab should be able to make them so we can call them down instead of making them in every world

MemesaladIf the functionality of the relevant crafted gear was considered too imbalanced, it would be really nice to at least be able to bring boss parts for decorations to other maps, or even just outposts for the sake of the decoration.

GMWe really need this as by the time you get the materials to craft... you are about done anyway. So its just not worth it and makes more sense to dump into bio points. If we could take them with us then it makes perfect sense.

CorbitI agree but I think it would make more sense to allow us to send up the items dropped by the bosses rather than the items crafted using them.

PhilosopherAs was stated in one of the recent Patch Notes, the introduction of the Norex Black Market trader (did you really have to do the Prometheus one down in Middle Earth?) allows us to get the creature parts we need to create most items. But some of the items require the vestige on top of the parts.
If you also made the trader sell the boss vestiges, you would have achieved the best compromise for this request I think. Prospectors still have to fight a boss on their map and do some work to get the biomass, but they can then buy all the parts to make the other stuff. You could make the vestiges more expensive than the parts.
