[Bug] Friends don't see dedicated servers on server tab

I have recently noticed an issue. Two of my friends are having issues connecting to a dedicated server that i pay for. When they go to look for it, no dedicated servers of any kind pop up. They see "0" on the number of servers under the "internet" tab of the "dedicated servers" section. Only two of the 8 people that I play with have this issue, but they are on separate machines and have different ISPs.
This makes the game unplayable for them
