[Suggestion] Allow changing Legendary attachment slots

Just like the module bench, there should be an option to remove attachments from legendary weapons. I see no balance issues with this as you would still need to spend another 20 biomass to add a new attachment but would allow us some flexibility to try the different options and see which we prefer best. Would also allow an additional way to spend biomass aside from the few items that use it.
