[Bug] Cave Path Does Not Open in Styx Operation Ricochet: Expedition Oasis (Open World)

In the Styx Open World mission, Operation Ricochet: Expedition Oasis, once the initial drill with the biofuel can reaches 100%, there is an animation for the cave wall explosion, but no hole/cave is produced and the rest of the mission cannot be completed. Additionally, on my last two attempts, there was no drop bag (with the drill and biofuel can) to be found.
