[Bug] Javelin talent to highlight after throwing it, doesn't work (Dedicated Server)

Aloha, due to P2P FPS issue while hosting, I've decided to try out hosting a Dedicated server to see if that would run better, and it surely does, however, I came across an issue with the Spear/Javelin talent that shows where your thrown Javelins are when you chuck them on the screen, but on dedicated servers it doesn't seem to work unfortunately.
