[Bug] Switched achievements

Two achievements have been switched between the list in Icarus and the one in Steam. Jelly Baby is listed as completed in Steam while Outpost Veteran is not. The situation is reversed in the game. The real situation is the one from the game.
When I look at the description in Steam, Jelly Baby is listed as completed on the 24 of October at 20h12. I know this is incorrect since I was in the Arctic preparing to ented the Rimetusk Matriarch den.
I tried restarting the game, Steam, the computer but to no avail. I tried switching languages because I was using different languages in Steam (French) and Icarus (English) but again to no avail.
I also checked in the Accolades.json file. The 10HoursOutpost is there while the JellyBaby is not.
Obviously this is not a major issue, just a little inconsistency.
