[Bug] or [Unintended] Null Sector Achievement on main Prometheus map?

I was exploring the D11 swamp cave on Prometheus when I got the “Still Not Lost” Null Sector Achievement, I’m guessing that it wasn’t intended because as far as I know that cave doesn’t lead to Null Sector. I even got the special cold effect in that cave.
