[Bug] QUARRITE: WEAKNESS - after completing receipt not unlocked

After completing QUARRITE: WEAKNESS receipt for Carbonweave Backpack still locked to mission, while in campaign it is already completed. And it is not missed or anything - because I'm server host in openworld.
